Credit card payments

* Credit Card Payment via PayPal Guest Checkout.
Click ‘Proceed to PayPal’. Then select ‘Pay with debit or credit card’. Fill in your information and hit ‘Pay Now’.

* Note: for certain countries PayPal Guest Checkout is not available. You need a PayPal account for credit card payments.

The Billing address you enter needs to match the one on file with the credit card. You also want to ensure that there are no spelling or spacing errors.

International Credit Card Payments
If you have a 4 digit Postcode, please put an asterisk (*) or dash (-) at the end to make it 5 digits.


Shipping

All shipping costs are determined by the United States Postal Service.

Shipping Methods

Media Mail
CD’s & Vinyl ONLY, 
shirts cannot be shipped Media Mail.
Delivery time period 2 – 8 Business Days

First Class Mail
Delivery time period 1 – 3 Business Days

Priority Mail
Delivery Time Period 1 – 3 Business Days

First Class Mail International
Delivery Time Period varies by destination due to customs.

Priority Mail Internatinal
Delivery Time Period 6 – 10 Business Days

Where is my order?

We are a small company and we do our best to process the orders as quickly as we can.

All customers receive a shipping confirmation email. You can use the link provided, in that email, to follow your package’s journey through space and time.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed in 1-2 weeks, but sometimes can take up to 8 weeks to process if an item is on backorder.

Available On Back Order” – Means temporarily out of stock and that more are being made. The item will be shipped out to you as soon as restocks arrive.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
You can give your package details to your local post office and they should be able to tell you if your package is in the country.
NOTE: You may be subject to pay Import Duty or VAT upon collection of your parcel. In accordance with USPS regulations, we must declare accurate values on the item being shipped.

If you have placed a pre-order, please double check the website for the expected delivery date.
We try our best to get your shipment out by the date promised. However, manufacturing delays, customs and shipping are all quite fickle and we can’t always meet the dates mentioned on the site. We kindly ask your patience and understanding.

Delivered but not received
Once the tracking status has been marked as delivered, it is no longer the responsibility of the United States Postal Service. Southern Lord is also not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please check with your fellow residents and neighbors regarding its whereabouts.

Still not there? Mail us ASAP, do not wait.


Incorrect or Damaged Orders

Please contact cswarrior@southernlord.com and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

Regarding Vinyl Records-
Southern Lord is not responsible for minor cosmetic damage that may take place during shipping. We do our best in providing extra protection when packing orders but sometimes the USPS doesn’t handle the packages with care.
Warped, damaged and/or defective vinyl will be replaced or refunded.

Please include photos or a short video to indicate the damage.

EXCHANGES

We offers returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. To initiate a return, please email cswarrior@southernlord.com and make sure to include the order number.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Change of Address

If you have entered a wrong address during the ordering process, please contact cswarrior@southernlord.com so we can make the necessary adjustments. We will do our best to get to your order and make sure it ships to the correct address.
If your order has already shipped then we will have to wait until it gets back to us before we can send it back out to you. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required.

Wholesale inquiries

For wholesale inquiries please contact phil@southernlord.com

Our website and products therein are intended for personal consumer usage, not for commercial or retail resale. If you do intend to resell our products either via an online shop or in a retail capacity, please contact us for our wholesale distribution information and do not place any order via the website. Any orders suspected of being placed through our website for the explicit intent to resell, will be cancelled immediately and refunded in full.


I have a small mailorder and would like to trade records with you. Is this possible?
